how does laundry lady work?
Simply book your laundry pick up online our driver collect your laundry it's washed folded and all ironed then delivered back to you within your chosen turnaround time same day or 24 hours.
What areas do you service ?
we currently service Johannesburg CBD but looking to be in your area soon!
What are your pick up and delivery times?
Our collection and delivery slots are
Morning 8 am – 10 am
Afternoon 2 pm – 4 pm
Evening 6 pm – 8 pm.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes same day service is available at an extra fee please book your pick up before 10 am to qualify.
Do you accept evening pick ups?
yes evening pick ups are available between 6 pm and 8 pm please note evening pick ups are cheated as the next days lunch service.
How do I place an order?
You can book online through our website to schedule your pick up.
Do I need to weigh my laundry before booking?
No you can give us an estimate when booking and our driver will confirm the weight during pick up
What happens if I estimate the wrong weight?
Don't worry we'll adjust the price based on the actual weight when your laundry is processed.
How much do you charge per KG?

What happens if a stain doesn't come out?
We do our best with all stains but some may be permanent will let you know if a stain cannot be removed.
Do you separate white and colours?
Yes we carefully separate and wash clothes to protect your GARMENTS.
Do you offer ironing services?
Yes we provide ironing per item or as part of a full service package.
How do you pack my clothes for return?
Your clothes are returned fresh and getting packed in a clear protective plastic bag.
What happens if I forget something in my pocket?
We'll say to the aside safely and return it with your order.
What should I do if something is missing?
Please notify us within 24 hours will check with our team and other customers to resolve the issue quickly.
What happens if an item is damaged?
We handle laundry with K but Enríquez cases damages will be reviewed and resolved fairly with you.
How should I pack my laundry for pick up?
Please pack items in a disposable bag or laundry basket. Will return them in a fresh clear protective bag or your laundry basket.
Do you provide reusable bags?
Not yet – for now all items are returned in protective plastic bags.
Do I get my bag or basket bag?
Yes if you send your laundry in a basket it will return with your order.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
At the moment we only offer our watch fault and ironing services.
Can you handle bulk/commercial laundry?
Yes we provide laundry services for apartments hotels Airbnb's and commercial clients.
Do you clean for Airbnb/guesthouses?
Yes yes we offer tailored laundry packages for Airbnb house and guest houses.
